Our cheese and dairy brings together our love for pure ingredients, our respect for quality and our passion in the creation of unique flavours. Inspired by recipes of the past, we create our exceptional artisan cheese, yoghurt, cream and rice pudding, always preserving the traditional elements that guarantee high quality and unique taste.
Our values are manifested in all stages of production: from sourcing our milk to the cheesemaking and then to the maturing process. We respect and follow nature’s cycles and for that reason some of our products are available only when nature allows.
Our cheese and dairy supplies our seven retail stores in Attica, where you can find all of our products, together with selected products from Greek artisan producers. We also supply selected retail stores abroad.
Our facilities are certified with the Food Safety Management System ISO 22000:2005.
The importance of
the basic ingredient
The Milk
Our premium milk is the most important ingredient in our cheemaking craft, offering a unique taste in our cheese, yoghurt, butter, cream and rice puddings. We use exclusively fresh Greek goats’ and sheep’s milk. It comes from chosen small herds of free-range animals, grazing in selected areas of southern Euboea and Mainland Greece, providing small quantities of milk yet of greater quality.
We form long lasting collaborations with selected farmers who share our philosophy on the importance of tradition and quality. The milk production follows the animals’ lactation periods, and this direct relation to nature contributes to the exceptional taste and freshness of our products.
True to the traditional maturing process and the authenticity of taste
Our technology

with tradition
Our production process ideally combines traditional techniques with the demands of today. The stainless steel containers where the cheese curdles lie next to the maturing spaces filled with the traditional oak barrels where our feta cheese matures for up to 12 months. We remain true to the traditional maturing process and the authenticity of taste, thus respectfully evolving tradition.
All of the cheese and dairy products produced in our facilities are hand-made and without any use of preservatives.
