Our yoghurts are made from fresh milk of sheep and/or goats’ and strain naturally in cotton cloths. Strained using traditional methods, the yoghurt acquires a dense and creamy texture, as well as a rich flavour. Our 2% yoghurt is made of skimmed sheep and goats’ milk.
